Just one month into returning to his seat at the helm of the New Times radio programme the inestimable Elwardo Lynch was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital yesterday after suffering some difficulties while on radio. EG as he is affectionately known is being treated at the hospital and was visited yesterday by members of the party’s executive. The New Times programme will be hosted by Ernesto Cooke NDP’s Public Relations Officer in the interim. The New Democratic Party’s New Times Programme is considered one of the most popular daytime talk radio programmes. EG Lynch had most recently returned from the USA where he had  received treatment for an eye ailment earlier this year.
